Realtor & Architect Referral Program
Licensed real estate professionals and licensed architects are eligible to receive a $1,000 referral fee when a client you refer signs a contract with JKL for:

Commercial office space build-outs and/or office renovations

Home remodels & renovations

Ground-up construction projects
Referral fees are issued within 45 days of a signed contract. Unlimited referrals allowed.
Friends & Family Referral Program
Clients, community members, and professional partners are eligible to receive a $500 referral bonus once your referral signs a contract with JKL for:
